INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

1. Language
The conference language is English.

2. Presentations

Plenary speaker 
Plenary speakers will give a 50 minute presentation including discussion.

Invited speaker
Invited speakers will give a 30 minute presentation including discussion.

Contributed papers
Contributed papers will be selected from the two-page paper received by the Scientific Program Committee. Together with the session organizers this Committee will decide on the presentation form (oral or poster).
Oral presentations (each 20 minutes including discussion) will be held in several parallel sessions. Poster presentations will be held in two or three evenings during the Congress.

3. Abstract/Paper Preparation

A plain-text abstract of approximately 200 words (summarizing/highlighting main results of the investigation) and a two-page paper should be submitted before March 15, 2008 via the on-line submission system. The author names/affiliations/contact information is to be input through the web as separate items. You may download the paper template. The letter of acceptance will be issued before March 22, 2008. Abstracts will be printed in a booklet that will be handed out at the conference.


4. Proceedings

The Conference Proceedings will be published on CD-ROM. The CD-ROM will also contain all names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses of all conference participants, unless they have specified not to make these data publicly available. This CD-ROM will be handed out to all participants along with the booklet with abstracts of the opening lecture, the plenary lectures, and the contributed papers and posters.
