與會流程Conference Participation Procedure

本次研討會採先付款再投稿方式，以下為報名暨繳費流程：
This meeting adopts a paid submission system. The registration and submission process is as follows:

流程	說明
Step 1	線上註冊繳費Online Registration and Payment 請於線上系統填寫基本資料，並選擇合適的付款方式（刷卡或超商繳費）完成註冊繳費 Complete the required information in the online system and select an appropriate payment method (credit card or convenience store payment) to complete the registration fee payment.
Step 2	線上投稿Online Submission 完成繳費後請再次登入系統，若系統已確認註冊費入帳，即可前往投稿頁面進行投稿。 After completing the payment, log in to the system again. Once the registration fee payment has been confirmed, you may proceed to the submission page to submit your paper.
Step 3	完成Completion 報名與投稿完成，靜候大會通知審稿結果。 After registration and submission are completed, please wait for the conference to announce the review results.

備註 Notes:
超商繳費注意事項 Important Notes for Convenience Store Payment:

取得超商繳款條碼（共三個條碼）後需於三天內完成繳費
After obtaining the convenience store payment barcode (a total of three barcodes), please complete the payment within three days
條碼單不需印出，可直接於手機出示條碼（視超商條碼機及您的手機效能而定）
There is no need to print the barcode payment slip. You may present the barcode directly on your mobile phone for scanning at the convenience store. Whether the barcode can be scanned successfully depends on the convenience store’s scanner and your mobile device.
於超商繳完費後需要至多兩天入帳到系統
After completing the convenience store payment, it may take up to two days for the payment to be credited and reflected in the system.
若在三天期限內登入系統，可以重新取得繳款條碼
If you log in to the system again within three days, you may retrieve the payment barcode again.
若在條碼過期後登入系統，需待第六天起才能重新取得條碼（因有兩天入帳緩衝期）
If you log in after the barcode has expired, you must wait two days before you can retrieve a new barcode due to the payment processing period.
